We are hiring a Dual Housekeeping Manager to oversee Housekeeping and Laundry operations across both Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Downtown and Residence Inn by Marriott Richmond Downtown. This is a hotel housekeeping management role in Richmond, Virginia for an experienced hospitality leader who leads from the front - supervising and developing housekeeping teams across two distinct Marriott-brand properties, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation standards that define the guest experience, and driving the operational excellence that keeps guests coming back. What You'll Do

• Oversee all Housekeeping and Laundry department operations across Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Downtown and Residence Inn by Marriott Richmond Downtown - ensuring full compliance with cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction standards at both properties
• Ensure all guest rooms, public spaces, and associate areas at both Richmond Marriott properties are clean, well-maintained, and presented to the highest premium hotel standards on every shift
• Execute daily leadership responsibilities across the dual-property housekeeping operation - including financial management, payroll processing, associate scheduling, and department performance tracking
• Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping associates and supervisors across both properties - building a culture of cleanliness, accountability, and professional growth within the dual-brand housekeeping team
• Conduct regular room and property inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and full compliance with White Lodging standards and Marriott brand requirements across both downtown Richmond hotels
• Manage housekeeping inventory, supply ordering, linen par levels, and equipment maintenance to ensure uninterrupted daily operations across the Courtyard and Residence Inn Richmond Downtown

What You'll Bring

• Prior hotel housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience - required; experience at a Marriott-brand, dual-branded, or upscale hotel property strongly preferred
• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude - you set the tone for your housekeeping team and your guests on every shift across both properties
• A genuine interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders - you invest in your team's growth and build the internal promotion pipeline that defines a healthy housekeeping operation
