Description:

Resicum International LLC is seeking a highly experienced Operational Analysis Specialist to support the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) G3 Staff Section at Fort Benning, Georgia. This is one of the most senior and visible positions on the contract, requiring daily interaction with General Officer-level leadership including the Commanding General (CG) and Chief of Staff (CoS). The Operational Analysis Specialist provides expert operations, planning, and analytical support across all MCoE G3 functions, including MDMP, OPORDs, strategic analysis, and command briefings.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide operational analysis and recommendations to MCoE G3 staff using the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) IAW ADRP 5-0.
  • Attend and support 3 to 5 G3 staff meetings per week, including the weekly G-3 Division Chief meeting; prepare and distribute meeting minutes within 3 working days of each meeting.
  • Maintain the CG and CoS tracking systems; update all action items and suspenses within 48 hours of assignment.
  • Prepare Operational Orders (OPORDs), Warning Orders, Fragmentary Orders, and Course of Action (COA) analyses for MCoE leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver the Commanding General's daily standup briefing and other senior-level briefings as directed.
  • Maintain and update the MCoE G3 Smart Book; ensure all information is current and accurate.
  • Conduct short- and long-range operational planning and strategic analysis in support of the MCoE mission.
  • Coordinate with MCoE staff sections, TRADOC, and external agencies to support operational requirements.
  • Prepare executive summaries, decision briefs, and talking points for the CG, CoS, and Assistant Commandant.
  • Post all actions and documents to MCoE G3 SharePoint within 48 hours of completion.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in General Business, Management, Business Psychology, Organizational Management, Business Processes, or a closely related discipline; equivalent operational experience may be considered.
  • Active SECRET security clearance, verifiable in DISS.
  • Written and oral communication skills at a Master's Degree level.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Army operations, short- and long-range planning, or strategic analysis.
  • Experience at Garrison level or echelon at or above Brigade.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MDMP IAW ADRP 5-0.
  • Ability to prepare OPORDs, COA analyses, and General Officer-level briefings.
  • Experience maintaining action tracking systems and suspense management tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-level briefings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Former Army officer (O-4 or above) or senior NCO (E-8/E-9) with direct G3/S3 experience at Division or above.
  • Experience briefing General Officers or Senior Executive Service (SES) civilians.
  • Experience at a TRADOC Center of Excellence (CoE), FORSCOM, or HQDA staff.
  • Graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or Intermediate Level Education (ILE).

This is a non-personal services contract position. Contractor personnel are not Government employees and will identify themselves as contractor personnel in all communications. All contractor employees must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to beginning performance. Government will provide workspace, computers, and equipment. Telework is not authorized.
