Job description

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a 6-day project in Mesa, AZ paying $20/hr. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience. This role requires strong POG/reset experience, as you will be responsible for assembling displays, endcaps, and shelving, reorganizing store shelves according to a specific layout, and documenting your work through the Survey Merchandiser App.

  • Remove and restock products according to the new planogram.
  • Reorganize shelf tags and merchandising displays.
  • Retrieve inventory from the backroom as needed.
  • Perform general reset tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing, bending, and crouching throughout the shift.

Requirements (Must Have)
  • Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience
  • Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
  • Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
  • Other: 18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation
  • Dress Code : Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
