Position Overview:
The Reservations & Guest Support Specialist provides client-facing and administrative support related to reservations, scheduling, and guest inquiries. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting with confirmations and updates, and ensuring timely, professional communication throughout the coordination process.
This position is well-suited for individuals who are organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with reservation requests, confirmations, and scheduling updates
Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Maintain accurate records, calendars, and service documentation
Monitor timelines to ensure changes and confirmations are processed correctly
Provide general guest support to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Follow established workflows and quality standards
Collaborate with internal team members to support daily operations
