POSITION OVERVIEW

The reservation agent embodies the voice of the brand, delivering a polished and personalized guest experience from the first interaction. Based in the corporate office, this role oversees reservations with discretion, accuracy, and a deep understanding of service standards, ensuring each booking reflects the level of excellence expected across all venues.

Through thoughtful communication, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive coordination with on-site teams, this role ensures a seamless transition from reservation to arrival, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

YOUR ROLE

  • Manage reservations across phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and organization
  • Provide exceptional guest service, handling inquiries, special requests, and modifications professionally
  • Coordinate with restaurant teams to optimize seating and support efficient service flow.
  • Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all reservation policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize reservation systems effectively (experience preferred).
  • Maintain flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform standard office tasks, including extended periods of sitting, typing, and light administrative duties.
