Job Description

Looking for a highly skilled Research Scientist to support drug discovery and development

The qualified candidate will maintain cell-based models and establish new in vivo and in vitro models to support drug transport studies of both small molecules and large molecules.

Support permeability assay using the Caco-2 cell, and MDCK-MDR1 systems.

Support drug transporter mediated drug-drug interaction studies using HEK-293 cell line.

Responsibilities include assay design, method development and data interpretation.

Qualifications

B.S./M.S.in biopharmaceutical sciences field with 2+ years of working experience.

Working experience with in vitro ADME assays, cell-free and cell-based transporter assays, cell culture, and LC-MS/MS is required.

Knowledge and experience with PK, animal surgery, primary cell isolation & culture are highly preferred.

Must be highly motivated, organized with excellent communication skills.
