Supervisor: Stephanie Routier, Faculty Liaison & Administrative Managerย 

Duration: Academic Termย 

Availability: Approximately 4-hours per week (max 8 hours) on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.


Position Summary

The Teaching Assistant ย (TA) Program Assistant supports the administrative functions of ICP's Teaching Assistant Program and helps maintain accurate program records, communications, and workflows. Students will gain transferable skills in office administration and education workflows.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain attendance records and spreadsheets
  • Draft communications to faculty and teaching assistants
  • File, organize, and archive program documentation
  • Assist with workflow improvement projects
  • Research and support administrative process enhancements

Ideal Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency working with spreadsheetsย

  • Interest in education administration and program operations

Only currently enrolled One-Year Certificate (OYC) students are eligible to apply. All applicants will be reviewed by the OYC Program Coordinator to confirm enrollment and eligibility.
