Job description

Bennett Aerospace, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC has an opening for a Systems Program Analyst. This position can be located in either the Aberdeen, MD area or the Ft. Belvoir, VA area. The Systems Program Analyst will support the alignment, development, and transition of technologies in support of future Army capabilities. Responsibilities * Analyze technologies and programs for alignment with Army modernization and transformation priorities. * Map technologies to portfolio requirements, Warfighter Outcomes, doctrine, capability gaps, and Army roadmaps. * Gather and analyze technical and programmatic information from divisions. * Assist with technology portfolio reviews, gap analyses, road-mapping exercises, and future program planning. * Support the development and transition of knowledge products and technologies for future Army capabilities. * Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for technology insertion or further maturation. * Prepare technical summaries, decision papers, briefings, presentations, and recommendations. * Track portfolio actions, milestones, dependencies, and transition activities. * Communicate technical information effectively to Government leaders and program stakeholders. Qualifications * Two or more years of relevant systems, program analysis, technology portfolio, or Army research and development experience preferred. * Ability to understand and analyze technical programs, technologies, requirements, and capability gaps. * Strong analytical, research, writing, briefing, and coordination skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to interface effectively with technical personnel and organizational leadership. * Ability to work on-site and coordinate across multiple divisions. Preferred Qualifications * Three or more years of directly relevant experience. * Knowledge of Army modernization, capability development, science and technology, acquisition, or technology-transition processes.
