Osmo is seeking a Lab Associate to join our expanding Applications Lab Operations team. We are seeking an highly organized and detail oriented Laboratory Technician to support our growing R&D operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on laboratory work , thrives in a fast paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare application samples and solutions to support testing, experimentation, and project objectives.
  • Organize and maintain chemical inventory, ensuring accurate records and availability of required materials for daily sample preparation.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and manage supply inventory, including proactive ordering of chemicals and consumables.
  • Follow strict chemical safety protocols for handling, storage, and disposal to ensure a safe wok environment.
  • Operate liquid-handling instruments to prepare mixtures, formulas, and test samples with precision.
  • Collaborate with testing teams and the Lab Manager to maintain workflow, anticipate daily priorities, and support ongoing projects.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures, documentation standards, and quality expectations.
  • Multitask and problem solve effectively while meeting project deadlines in both independent and team based settings.
  • Support additional lab duties as assigned, contributing to a safe, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.

Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field, or equivalent experience.
