  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed to support production and customer requirements.
  • Prepare inventory status updates and reports to support production and R&D activities.
  • Support the production and shipping of cell line products and customer orders.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and product quality.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and laboratory safety guidelines, and maintain lab equipment, supplies, and a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Hands-on mammalian cell culture experience gained through co-op, internship, academic research, or related laboratory experience is strongly preferred.
  • Keen interest in biology, biotechnology, molecular biology, or related fields.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Location

  • Onsite at our headquarters in Richmond, BC.
  • The successful candidate must be available to start onsite from the first day of employment. No relocation allowance will be provided.

Employment Type: 1-year contract, with the possibility of extension to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Compensation

  • Salary CAD $48,000 - $55,000 base, commensurate with education and relevant hands-on laboratory experience.
  • Performance-based bonus
  • Extended group health & dental benefits
