The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented lab technician to join our dynamic team. Under the guidance of our experienced biologists, you will gain hands‑on experience and develop skills in protein research and development. The technician will contribute to ongoing projects, conduct experiments as specified, and assist in protein research activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in biochemistry and molecular biology, along with experience working with bacterial cultures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run agarose gel electrophoresis for DNA analysis
  • Prepare and maintain buffers, reagents, and other laboratory solutions
  • Prepare and sterilize culture media
  • Grow bacterial cultures for various experiments
  • Perform transformations
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including electrophoresis chambers, centrifuges, sterilizers, and spectrophotometers
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Author and update SOPs as needed
  • Document all experimental procedures, results, and observations meticulously
