Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general court duties

  • Responds to inquiries and requests in a timely manner

  • Maintains a professional demeanor

  • Ensures security of information

  • Assists with operations or special projects

  • Duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduation from High School or General Education Development (GED) certificate and currently enrolled in an accredited vocational or technical school, college or university. Internship may be eligible for college credit*

  • Possess a willingness to learn, positive attitude and self-motivation

  • Commit to the entire internship session (at least 12 weeks)

  • Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 10-15 lbs.

  • Visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate computer keyboard and basic office equipment.

  • Subject to walking, standing, sitting, bending, handling, reaching, carrying, lifting and twisting to perform the essential functions.

  • Must have a valid driver's license

Working Conditions:

  • Working conditions are mostly in an office environment

  • Occasionally moves items weighing up to 10 pounds

  • Occasionally move about the office

  • Frequently communicates with others; must be able to exchange accurate information
