Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with general court duties
Responds to inquiries and requests in a timely manner
Maintains a professional demeanor
Ensures security of information
Assists with operations or special projects
Duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from High School or General Education Development (GED) certificate and currently enrolled in an accredited vocational or technical school, college or university. Internship may be eligible for college credit*
Possess a willingness to learn, positive attitude and self-motivation
Commit to the entire internship session (at least 12 weeks)
Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 10-15 lbs.
Visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate computer keyboard and basic office equipment.
Subject to walking, standing, sitting, bending, handling, reaching, carrying, lifting and twisting to perform the essential functions.
Must have a valid driver's license
Working Conditions:
Working conditions are mostly in an office environment
Occasionally moves items weighing up to 10 pounds
Occasionally move about the office
Frequently communicates with others; must be able to exchange accurate information
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
