What you'll do
  • Develop advanced computational mechanics and finite element analysis (FEA) solutions.
  • Design, implement, and validate engineering simulation algorithms.
  • Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to engineering applications.
  • Develop high-performance software in C++ and Python.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, researchers, and software developers.
  • Contribute to product innovation, research initiatives, and technical strategy.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in mechanical engineering, applied physics, or a related field, with experience in research and development of mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in modeling and simulation techniques (e.g., FEA, CFD, or multibody dynamics) and in numerical methods and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in developing computational codes from basic principles.
  • Proficiency in software development, parallelization, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python.
  • Experience applying artificial intelligence / machine learning techniques.
  • Effective technical communication skills, including writing clear reports, documentation, and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams and managing tasks across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline preferred; relevant industry or research experience strongly valued.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality, ethical, and safe engineering practices.
