Youโ€™ll be an integral part of our Wellness program in Research & Development, focused on delivering innovative wellness solutions to our customers. As a Project Manager, youโ€™ll play a pivotal role in highโ€‘impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving impactful outcomes.

As a Project Manager, youโ€™ll play a pivotal role in highโ€‘visibility initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving impactful outcomes. This is a highโ€‘visibility position that requires collaboration across diverse teams and strong delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project leadership focused on engaging others in the delivery and execution of service deliverables and technology solutions
  • Demonstrate a solid grasp of delivering technology solutions
  • Work with cross-functional business and technology teams
  • Assess a projectโ€™s scope and the teamโ€™s ability to execute
  • Drill down from bigโ€‘picture strategy to detailed execution

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree

  • 2+ years of experience managing technology projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Ceritication or similar
