Our plant is apart of the Healthcare industry and we print pharmaceutical labels.

BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS: Four year college degree with business emphasis is helpful. Broad knowledge of printing, bindery and manufacturing of printed product is helpful. Attention to detail is a must. A neat, well-groomed appearance is required. Polite and professional verbal and written communication is required. Fluency with the creation and manipulation of modern business office software such as Microsoft Office software, particularly Microsoft Excel and the numeracy to successfully work with such software a must.
PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS: The ability to remain in a seated position for long periods of time is required. The ability to see, hear, count, measure, read and follow verbal or written directives in English is required. The ability to provide verbal or written directives in English is required. The ability to differentiate colors, horizontal and vertical positions is required. Ability to visualize relational aspects of layered label constructions. Ability to travel when needed to provide technical sales support to customers and the CCL sales team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan and ensure execution of special projects based on customer packaging and label needs
  • Prepare and deliver reports, updates and projects according to Elite Plant Standards
  • Look at all issues from a proactive strategic perspective, eliminate causes and find effective solutions
  • Deliver communication at the right time
  • Get ideas across in a clear and understandable way
  • Listen well to understand
  • Handle tough conversations appropriately, maturely and in a timely manner
  • Maintain attention to detail in long term development and implementation of Process Improvement, Trials and R&D initiatives
