As a Process Engineer in our rolling mill operations, you will play a critical role in improving product quality, optimizing processes, and driving operational efficiency in a highly technical manufacturing environment. Your Role at a Glance

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to resolve process and quality issues
  • Monitor and optimize process variables to improve consistency and reduce variation
  • Lead and support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
  • Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Train and coach operators while capturing critical process knowledge
  • Support plant trials, new process development, and implementation of new technologies
  • Collaborate with R&D, Industrialization, and global process teams
  • Contribute technical expertise to capital projects and equipment upgrades
  • Audit processes to ensure adherence to standards and sustain improvements
