About the role
AAK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to supportour Quality and Regulatory Affairs team. This internship offers hands-onexperience in food industry quality systems, regulatory compliance, and datamanagement. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a relevant academicprogram and has a strong interest in quality assurance, food science,regulatory affairs, or a related field.
Responsibilities
The duties of the Quality Intern include but are not limited to:
1. Data reporting, digital transition of analytical testing results, andstatistical monitoring
2. Reviewinternal specifications across US locations for alignment
3. Regulatory updates (newsletters, presentations, trackers)
4. Customer statement reviews for AAK global compliance and US regulatorycompliance
5. Global QFS management system standardization support
6. Quality/Regulatory research and reporting
About you
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Food Science, Food Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data management tools is a plus.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
