Job description

  • Ensure worldclass performance of cuttingedge high end digital hardware products by developing and owning methods for adjustment, diagnostics, functional testing, and performance verification
  • Design and implement highimpact diagnostics and adjustment solutions in a modern C++ software environment, tightly coupled with advanced hardware
  • Bring up and stabilize new hardware generations using prototypes, R&D tools, and stateoftheart lab equipment at the forefront of current technology
  • Act as the technical bridge from development to production and customers, rolling out solutions and supporting manufacturing sites and customer systems worldwide
  • Analyze production and field data to identify issues early, improve manufacturability, and continuously push performance to the limits of what is technically possible
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Solid experience in C++ programming and a strong grasp of object-oriented design principles
  • Solid understanding of digital hardware systems, electrical engineering fundamentals and measurement techniques
  • Analytical mindset and datadriven problemsolving skills, including the ability to analyze production or field data to identify root causes and improve system performance
  • Ability to work across disciplines, collaborating closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing stakeholders
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow continuously
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
