What is a research development associate?

Research Development Associates are professionals who support the development, coordination, and management of research projects, typically within universities, research institutes, or large organizations. Their responsibilities often include identifying funding opportunities, assisting with grant proposal preparation, fostering research collaborations, and ensuring compliance with funding agency guidelines.
