You as a 'Development Analyst' will:

  • Analyze potential development projects for EllisDon Community Builders, a division within EllisDon Capital, including developing financial models and supporting the development of project feasibility reports and leading responses to requests for proposals.
  • Research and analyze national industry and housing market data and public and private project financing opportunities for affordable housing, student housing and other sectors.
  • Apply valuation tools to assess affordable housing and other development opportunities for our clients.
  • Support project administration throughout all phases of a project; including preparing meeting minutes, timely project updates & reports, along with tracking schedule & budget.
  • Assist with client negotiations and documentation.
  • Prepare client presentations and internal underwriting memos based upon the above.
  • Support the team's business development strategy.
