Description

The purpose of this team is to support supply chain operations by ensuring accurate data collection, maintenance, and availability of required deliverables prior to project launches.

Key Projects

This role involves designing and implementing Power BI dashboards, AI-assisted solutions, and automated processes that identify, measure, and resolve data quality issues across enterprise systems, including OnePDM (Aras), Dynamics 365, and enterprise data platforms.

Candidate Requirements
  • Degrees or certifications required: Candidates with a bachelor''s degree are highly preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience using Copilot, prompt engineering, AI agents, or similar AI technologies to solve business problems and automate processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data quality assessment and root cause analysis.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets across multiple systems.
  • Experience leading data quality, governance, remediation, or process improvement initiatives.

Job Overview

The team is seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Quality Analyst to improve the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical supply chain master data. This role will design and implement Power BI dashboards, AI-assisted solutions, and automated processes that identify, measure, and resolve data quality issues across enterprise systems, including OnePDM (Aras), Dynamics 365, and enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate combines business intelligence development, data analysis, AI solution design, and project leadership to drive measurable improvements in data quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions that provide visibility into data quality trends, exceptions, and key performance indicators.
  • Build AI-assisted solutions using Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI agents to improve data analysis and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data across multiple systems to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, missing attributes, and process gaps.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Lead data remediation initiatives and coordinate stakeholders to ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Establish data quality metrics, monitoring processes, and governance controls.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, business rules, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL, data modeling, data lakes, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience with ERP, PLM, MRP, or supply chain systems.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Aras Innovator (OnePDM).
  • Familiarity with master data management and data governance principles.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments.

Within the first six months, the successful candidate will:

  • Deliver a scalable dashboard and/or AI-based solution for monitoring and improving data quality.
  • Establish meaningful data quality metrics and reporting.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact data issues across systems.
  • Drive remediation efforts through stakeholder engagement and project leadership.
  • Create sustainable processes and documentation that reduce recurring manual effort and improve long-term data quality.

This role is expected to operate with a high degree of independence. The successful candidate will gather requirements directly from stakeholders, design and develop solutions, manage implementation activities, and drive adoption with minimal oversight. Candidates should be comfortable translating ambiguous business problems into production-ready business intelligence and AI-enabled solutions.
