Job Title: Marketing Associate

Reports to: Marketing Director

FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt

SUMMARY: 

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our Paid Advertising team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is curious about digital marketing, loves working with data, and is excited to learn how paid media drives growth in an e-commerce business.

In this role, you’ll support the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to analyze performance, assist with campaign setup, and help identify opportunities to improve results.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience in performance marketing, analytics, and paid media strategy.


 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
  • Support campaign execution, including audience creation, creative uploads, and campaign launches
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and flag trends or anomalies
  • Pull and analyze campaign performance reports (CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversions, etc.)
  • Help test new audiences, creative variations, and campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with the creative and merchandising teams to ensure ads align with brand messaging
  • Assist with competitive research and industry trend monitoring
  • Maintain campaign documentation and organization within advertising platforms
  • Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • A college or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred 
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets
  • Detail Oriented.
