We're looking for a Limited-Term Blinded Clinical Research Coordinator to support a GLP-1 clinical trial at our North Shore clinic. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity for someone who wants to build hands-on clinical research experience while helping a collaborative team manage a busy study.
You'll work closely with the existing study team to support daily visits, blinded study activities, uploads, and study documentation. The role does not require RN licensure and may be a strong fit for someone early in their clinical research career who is organized, dependable, and ready to learn.

Please Note: This is a temporary, full-time position slated to last for approximately 12 weeks with the possibility of extension.

Limited Term Clinical Research Coordinator's Main Objective: Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for our clinical research patients.


What you will do:

  • Support day-to-day study visits and blinded trial activities.
  • Assist the study team with uploads, paperwork, and other required documentation.
  • Help keep study activities organized and moving efficiently during screening, enrollment, and ongoing participant visits.
  • Coordinate closely with team members and respond to changing study priorities.
  • Follow study protocols, clinic procedures, and applicable research requirements.
  • Take on additional study support tasks as delegated by the team.

Skills needed to win:

  • At least one year of professional work experience, or relevant clinical experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred; candidates with relevant hands-on clinical training or experience, including Medical Assistants or LPNs, may also be considered.
  • Clinical or clinical research experience is great, but we are open to candidates from other backgrounds who demonstrate strong judgment and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Dependability and the ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility, sound judgment, and a team-first approach.
