We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Vice President (AVP), Software Senior Engineer, to design, develop, and maintain robust middleware solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot, strong database knowledge, and a passion for leveraging AI to drive productivity and innovation. Experience with AI-driven development approaches. Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques adaptable to AI-accelerated lifecycles. AI certification is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines with AI tools for enhanced adaptability.
