Provides personal and administrative support in an organized and timely manner to the CEO. Will work on a variety of tasks related to CEO's working life and personal life, and provide clear and professional communication to CEO, C-level managers, work associates and customers.
• Manage and organize calendar
• Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
• Track incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
• Organize and maintain files and records
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Provide quality customer service
• Manage expenses and bill payments
• Assist in planning and organizing parties and other events
• Conduct research
• Run errands, professional and personal
• Handle other assignments or projects as assigned
