We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with strong expertise in full stack Java development to join our team. You will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale, enterprise software applications. In this role, you will craft innovative solutions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of complex software systems, defining technical solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, design principles, and coding standards. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Develop high-quality, maintainable code for back-end applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  • Implement microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and performance. Integrate with existing systems and APIs, leveraging your knowledge of various technologies.
  • Champion agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe framework for software development and participate actively in sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and team collaboration.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their growth.
Qualifications & Key Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Java developer, with a strong understanding of back-end technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices).
  • Possess a strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and have the ability to design and implement efficient database solutions, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade software applications.
  • Good understanding of any of the cloud computing platforms (like AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe framework.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about software development, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure or good familiarity with UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $107,000 - $171,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
