Clinical Research Coordinator

Coastal Health- This is an in person Position in Jacksonville Florida.

Coastal Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our research team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate research activities while ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-science-related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Clinical Research Coordinator required.
  • Experience coordinating clinical research studies from start-up through completion.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research protocols, regulatory requirements, and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet study deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate research records.
  • Ability to work effectively with investigators, research staff, study participants, sponsors, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to perform the essential physical and job-related requirements of the position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities for assigned clinical research studies.
  • Ensure study activities are conducted according to protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Assist with participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and complete study documentation and regulatory files.
  • Coordinate study visits, procedures, and communication with participants and clinical staff.
  • Collect, document, and maintain study data.
  • Communicate with study sponsors, monitors, investigators, and other research personnel as needed.
  • Assist with regulatory submissions and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Prepare for and assist with monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
  • Protect participant confidentiality and ensure adherence to applicable privacy and research regulations.
  • Perform other duties related to the successful coordination of clinical research studies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a clinical research, healthcare, or academic research setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical research databases.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Experience working with multiple clinical trials or research protocols.
Application Requirements

Applicants must meet both of the following requirements to be considered:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a health-science-related field.
  2. At least 2 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience.

Qualified candidates should submit a current CV/resume for consideration.
