Job description

AI-powered Recommendations, Search, and Generative AI-based guidance is a core part of Adobe's Cloud offering. Adobe Cloud enables customers to create and generate digital content, and Digital experiences. The Search, Discovery, and Content AI Team drives customer success for Adobe Express, Creative Cloud, and Document Cloud. Creative professionals and novice users need the quick discovery of digital assets from brushes to colors, images, videos, and beyond. They also need AI-powered assistance to discover the ingredients needed to complete their creative journey at scale.

We are building next-generation Agentic Recommendation features across Adobe's product lines. This includes novel context-based recommendations for creation tasks, full-stack features like developing creative artifacts from user input (e.g., user images, documents or QR codes), and next-generation content intelligence powering these features using personalization, style understanding, and innovative retrieval of assets at scale.

How can you participate?

We focus on developing innovative AI-powered search, recommendations, and assistive experiences using generative AI technologies across all modalities, including text, image, and videos, and create industry-leading experiences to improve creative efficiency for creators, marketers, and designers. We're in search of an exceptional ML engineer with extensive experience in suggesting, exploring, and creating inventive AI technologies. Expectations :

Research, develop and implement ML models and Search infrastructure for recommendation and retrieval use cases

Background in recommendations and search. Knowledge of bandits, NLP, and/or content intelligence models.

Proficiency in Python. Additional experience in Java preferred.

Experience fine-tuning LLMs for specific learning tasks

Experience deploying full-stack features to users in the areas of recommendations and/or search

Develop robust methods to evaluate features using LLMs, ensuring ethical AI practices that reflect Adobe's standards

Masters' degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, engineering, or other relevant subject area highly preferred

3+ years of relevant experience required
