Board Certified Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in Springfield, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.

Position Requirements:

  • Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
  • Board Certified as either an APRN or PA
  • Primary Care/Family Medicine experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits Package:

Base Salary: $140,481 with bonus earning potential

Sign-On Bonus

Core Function: Provider Education Qualifications

  • Master's degree in biomedical science, psychology or related field is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical science, psychology or related field PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:

  • Licensed Physician Assistant in the state of practice is required.
  • Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or
  • Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Certification by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants is preferred.
  • DEA license is preferred.
