Nightwing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a software development effort of significant size, scope, and complexity. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing project activities to ensure successful delivery in accordance with contract requirements, schedule, and budget. TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Day 1 Key Responsibilities * Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of the software development project
* Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables
* Monitor project performance, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies as needed
* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and organizational standards
* Communicate project status to government and contractor stakeholders
* Support program reviews, reporting, and documentation requirements Required Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of experience performing project management functions for a software development project of similar size, scope, and complexity
* Current TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
* Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and coordinating across stakeholders
* Experience supporting government or defense-related programs preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired Qualifications * PMP or equivalent project management certification
