Position Summary
Provide technical assistance to the development and optimization of fresh, shelf-stable cooked meat products including metal cans, plastic bowls, bags, and Fully Cooked products.
General Purpose
Assist in the Pilot Plant lab in every chore related to the developing of new products and process enhancements.
Role Qualifications
  • Experience would help in this role. Provide evidence of the knowledge, skills, and responsibilities necessary to perform the duties of the position. Willing to learn new techniques in the technical field by training.

Position Responsibilities
  • Assist with drained weight testing and the R&D lab for data testing collection.
  • Run errands as necessary for R&D
  • Assist with sample preparation and mailing/shipping of samples.
  • Assist with weekly product cuttings.
  • Assist with operation and cleaning of testing equipment.
  • Help summarize data for the weekly QI reports
