Responsibilities:

What will you do

  • Diagnose and address the customerโ€™s HVAC concerns and present options to customers
  • Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customerโ€™s satisfaction.
  • Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment
  • Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service
  • Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the office
  • Attend weekly training meetings
Qualifications:

What You Need:

  • 3 years of residential HVAC experience
  • EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid driverโ€™s license & clean driving record
  • Must pass background and drug screening
  • Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
