Resales Specialist

The Resales Specialist is the primary revenue driver of our retail boutique. You are a high-energy closer who thrives on metrics, relationship-building, and the fast-paced nature of a retail environment. You don't just wait for foot traffic; you proactively cultivate a loyal client base passionate about sustainable luxury. If you are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, team environment, this could be the perfect match! Full time positions must have the ability to commit to 40 hours per week. Typical shifts are 9:30 AM-6:30 PM, 10:30 AM-6:30 PM, or 9:30 AM-5:30 PM, and may vary based on business needs.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience working in a metrics-based retail sales environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and KPIs.
  • A "startup" mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and the fast-paced nature of a growing business.
  • A positive, professional demeanor with the ability to represent a luxury brand with integrity.
  • Self-motivation and the drive to seek out sales opportunities through daily proactive outreach.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $21.00-$25.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
