Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with Partner companies, acting as a trusted brand advocate and ensuring content and reputation strategies reflect each company’s local market, customer base, and brand voice.
  • Design, write, edit, and manage persuasive, on-brand content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, digital advertisements, marketing collateral, and other customer communications.
  • Tailor messaging across Partner brands, markets, audiences, and service lines while maintaining consistent quality and alignment with individual brand personalities and standards.

  • Collaborate on SEO strategy, website content, deadlines, and updates to improve organic visibility and conversion.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local SEO, content, and digital reputation best practices, using insights to improve rankings, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Lead review generation and response programs across platforms such as Google Business Profiles, Yelp, and Facebook, ensuring adoption, consistency, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain review response guidelines, escalation protocols, and brand-specific templates for handling customer feedback.
  • Monitor online reviews and reputation signals, partnering with local leaders to address concerns and ensure timely, professional follow-up.
  • Manage the accuracy and consistency of business information across directories, social profiles, and local listings, coordinating updates with agency partners.
  • Identify emerging reputation risks, recurring customer concerns, and content opportunities; escalate material issues and recommend actions to leadership.
  • Prepare regular reporting on content, SEO, reviews, ratings, response time, local visibility, and other reputation KPIs, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Create scalable content standards, playbooks, templates, training, and best practices to help Partner teams consistently represent and protect their brands.
  • Create and maintain branded collateral, including sales materials, brochures, templates, and digital assets, ensuring consistent, high-quality brand execution.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, brand communications, online reputation, local SEO, customer experience, or a related role, ideally supporting multiple locations or brands (home services industry preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, advertising, or digital marketing preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt voice and messaging for different brands, audiences, channels, and sensitive situations.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and reputation tools such as Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, social media platforms, and review management software, as well as creative tools like Canva, Adobe, Claude, and ChatGPT.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess reputation risks, handle sensitive customer feedback, and determine when issues should be escalated.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills to manage multiple brands, stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously (experience with Monday.com or comparable systems is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Partner leaders, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to build scalable processes while also executing high-quality work.
  • Creative, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple deliverables at once.
