Sonographer – Lone Tree, CO

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent ultrasound program graduate or early-career sonographer looking to gain specialized experience in reproductive medicine while working alongside a highly skilled and supportive clinical team.

Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

In this role, you'll perform reproductive ultrasounds, assist with fertility-related procedures, and help provide exceptional patient care throughout the treatment process. If you're passionate about women's health, patient care, and building your skills in a growing specialty, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Purpose: The Sonographer is responsible for providing detailed ultrasound imaging of the female reproductive system to help identify the causes of infertility and to guide fertility treatments.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

  • Collaborates with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments
  • Establishes personal rapport with patients
  • Provides explanations of procedures
  • Performs detailed sonographic examinations of female reproductive systems and identifies abnormalities
  • Responsible for generating and documenting ultrasound reports for physician interpretation
  • Procedure set-up, following all sterile precautions.
  • Performs and provides explanations of procedures, including Sonohysterograms, FemVue, and Ultrasound guidance for embryo transfers
  • Tracks fetal growth and development up to 9 weeks gestational age
  • Maintains ultrasound equipment
  • Orders ultrasound supplies and keeps rooms stocked
  • Travel to other Company locations as needed
  • Rotating holiday and weekend shift coverage

Academic Training:

  • Completion of formal Ultrasound training - required
  • ARDMS certification with OB/GYN specialization - required within 90 days of hire
  • Current BLS Certification - required within 60 days of hire

Position Requirements/Experience:

  • Previous experience in women's health or reproductive endocrinology and infertility – preferred
  • 2- 4 years of experience as an ultrasound technologist – preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to effectively operate all pieces of equipment utilized within the scope of this job.
  • Proficient in computer programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
