What You'll Own
  • Manage an assigned customer portfolio to retain and grow existing relationships.
  • Participate in customer calls, meetings, and check-ins to understand their technical needs.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering product presentations, price quotes, and sales collateral.
  • Learn the Chem-Impex catalog to accurately match customers with the right product solutions.
  • Partner with marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in HubSpot.
  • Gather and relay industry feedback to support our product strategy.
  • Assist senior account managers with distributor support, roadshows, and industry events.
