About the Role:

Open to candidates who are located within the territory: New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania.
The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory. This role requires strong expertise in wholesale retail within the Men's Specialty channel, established industry relationships, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Success in this position demands exceptional customer focus, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals through consultative selling to both existing and prospective accounts.
  • Partner with the Senior Account Manager and Head of Brand to develop and execute seasonal territory sales strategies.
  • Identify, pursue, and onboard new account opportunities to drive growth.
  • Present seasonal collections to customers in-person, both in-market and at trade shows; review reorders, performance, and emerging trends.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term customer relationships to ensure sustained business growth.
  • Support retail sell-through through in-store merchandising, staff engagement, territory travel, and customer events.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of product lines, features, fit, and positioning to effectively advise accounts.
  • Proactively manage order follow-up, reorders, and issue resolution to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as the voice of the territory by communicating market feedback, retail insights, and customer developments to internal teams.
  • Provide best-in-class customer support, including distributing samples and marketing materials, resolving inquiries, and coordinating cross-functional solutions.
  • Stay current on fashion trends and competitive activity to provide strategic selling recommendations.
  • Submit accurate and timely sales reports, expense reports, and updates on company initiatives.

Who we would like to meet:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or related field and equivalent experience.

  • Up to 50% travel required.

Pay Range

$70,000 - $100,000 annually with bonus opportunity.
