The salary range for both full-time and part-time positions is between $439,175.00 and $541,575.00, with the possibility of additional earnings up to $111,228.00.
This salary includes incentives that are influenced by skills, competencies, and geographic location. The potential for premium earnings varies by location. Annual compensation is also determined by tenure with the organization and the full-time equivalent (FTE) work schedule.

Our collaborative teams consist of OBGYN physicians, Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), Lactation Nurses, and fellowship-trained specialists in various fields, including Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM), Gynecologic Oncology (Gyn-Onc), Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (Urogyn, FPMRS), Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI), Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS), Complex Family Planning, and Pediatric/Adolescent Gynecology.

We are currently looking for full-time board-eligible or board-certified OB/GYN Generalists to join our teams in Southern California.
