Job Description

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business.
This role sells to local customers both in person and over the phone, while driving growth through community involvement, relationship building, and outside marketing efforts.

As a Direct Sales Agent Specialist, you will:

  • Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
