Job Details: 
Schedule:  
Monday-Friday 7::30 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hrs per week) 
Location:  Springfield OR 97477
Job Type: local contract 
Contract Length: 3 months+ 
Pay Range:  $19 - $21 per hour 
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: 
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients, answering inquiries, and handling customer concerns professionally.
  • Assist patients with registration and kiosk sign-in while ensuring accurate patient information.
  • Perform data entry and front-office clerical duties, including filing, faxing, preparing mail, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Contact clients to obtain patient orders and support insurance billing and payment-related activities.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality while following company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements: 
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
  • License(s): preferred 
  • Certification(s): preferred
