We're looking for professional individuals in the Evansville area to join one of the leading recovery teams in the country. This is a fast-paced, high-reward position for individuals who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and want to be part of a company that invests in their success.
Position Overview
As a Repossession Agent, you'll be responsible for investigating, identifying, locating, and securing vehicles and other collateral in default. Using advanced technology, proven tools, and your own investigative skills, you'll recover and safely transport units to our secured impound facility.
What We're Looking For
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service-minded with great communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and problem-solving in the field
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and business needs
  • Technologically savvy - familiarity with recovery or tracking software a plus
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements
  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with Chauffeur's endorsement and a clean driving record
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Experience in collateral recovery, towing, investigations, law enforcement, or military preferred but not required
  • Basic vehicle knowledge preferred

Key Responsibilities
  • Locate, verify, and recover assigned collateral in accordance with lienholder directives
  • Secure vehicles for safe towing and transport them to company facilities or auction sites
  • Document all recoveries and updates accurately in company systems
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine equipment maintenance
  • Complete detailed condition reports and photo documentation as required
  • Adhere to DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits
Earning potential: $60,000 - $150,000+ per year (based on performance and determination)
