We are an established repossession company serving lenders, banks, and credit unions throughout Northeast Ohio. We are looking for motivated agents who want consistent work, strong support, quality equipment, and the opportunity to maximize their earnings.

What You'll Do

As a Repossession Agent, you will recover vehicles and other collateral throughout Cleveland and surrounding areas.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous repossession experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the Cleveland/Northeast Ohio area
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult interactions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be dependable, motivated, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and drive for extended periods
  • Ability to safely operate recovery equipment
  • Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical recovery-related tasks
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
