Summary/Objective
The Investor Reporting Analyst is responsible for balancing, reconciling, billing and remitting funds to investors, as well as maintaining good investor relations and correspondence.
Essential Functions
  • Analyzes various reports and collaborates with different contacts when there are errors on the report or discrepancies in data.
  • Uses data from monthly reports to reconcile remittance amounts
  • Request and confirmation of funds to be remitted to the investor
  • Communicating with investors through email and phone
  • Maintain policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for meeting regulatory requirements and following internal policies
  • Review monthly report to create loan level details
  • Following up with ensuring investor billing is correct and paid in a timely manner.

Work Environment

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work can range, but are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Overtime as needed due to deadlines the 1st through 10th of each month.
Education and Experience
  1. Knowledge in Excel related to formulas, formatting, lookups, and pivot tables
  2. Knowledge in all Microsoft Office application suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access is a plus)
  3. 2-4 years Prior Accounting/Reporting Experience Strongly Preferred
