Job Description:

The Financial Reporting Lead leads a team responsible for delivering a high quality on-time global financial reporting and preparing high-quality external reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP to meet all deadlines. This role is critical to meet commitments for quarterly and annual U.S. GAAP reporting required for the Board, Audit Committee, and external bank/investor/rating agencies as well as 144A debt offerings. In addition, this role is responsible to understand and reconcile U.S. GAAP to management reporting which is essential to ensure credibility of this information.


What are we looking for?

  • 12+ years of experience in financial reporting and/or technical accounting in a large, multinational business

  • Big 4 public accounting experience is preferred

  • 5+ years of line management experience is preferred

  • CPA certification


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Deliver Reporting - Prepare high-quality quarterly and annual external reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP to meet all deadlines and commitments to the Board, Audit Committee, and external bank/investor/rating agencies as well as to support 144A debt offerings. This includes measuring debt covenant compliance.

  • Complete Reconciliation/Non-GAAP measures - Understanding the reconciliation of U.S. GAAP to management reporting, which is essential to ensure credibility of this information. This will include improved and expanded reconciliation of non-GAAP measures.

  • Manage other ad hoc and recurring projects and governance activities for the Financial Reporting Pillar as part of the broader Corporate Controllership Organization.

  • Maintain and manage relationship with external auditors to deliver a high-quality year-round audit experience

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.


The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 169,840.00 - USD 233,530.00
