JOB DESCRIPTION
Speedie Recovery of South Florida is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Assistant Office Manager to help oversee daily office operations in a fast-paced repossession and recovery environment.
This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and the capability to handle high-pressure situations professionally. The ideal candidate must be able to manage staff, communicate with lenders and forwarding companies, monitor accounts, and ensure all office operations remain compliant and efficient.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with daily office management and staff supervision
Handle inbound and outbound calls with lenders, forwarders, transporters, and customers
Monitor repossession assignments and ensure updates are entered accurately and timely
Review accounts for compliance, documentation, and status updates
Ensure agents are properly updating RC Mobile and internal systems
Coordinate vehicle transport, releases, personal property handling, and auction preparation
Assist with payroll tracking, scheduling, and attendance monitoring
Handle escalated customer or client issues professionally
Monitor email communications and maintain organized records
Assist ownership/management with operational reporting and workflow management
Enforce company policies and procedures
Help maintain a professional and productive office environment
REQUIREMENTS
Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
Experience in repossession, towing, automotive finance, logistics, or collections is a PLUS
Strong computer skills and ability to learn industry software quickly
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
