Job Location: Midland, TX.
Work days/Shift Hours: 4:00am - until completion / 40+ hr work week / Off Wednesday and Thursday Combo stores.
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.11 to $24.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
General Purpose
At Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, we take pride in our ability to consistently bring happiness and refreshments to consumers in their communities. Our Order Replenishment Merchandisers play a pivotal role in ensuring our iconic brands are always available to our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
  • Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
  • Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
  • Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
  • Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
  • Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
  • Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
  • Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
