Duties:
* Glass Technicians will greet customers.
* Explain the windshield repair process.
* Verify insurance coverage of vehicle and the repair of rock chips and cracks up to 24 inches on the auto glass.
* Complete invoices.
* Call in work to insurance companies via cell phone.
* Oversee the job site.
* Report to the office weekly for supplies and call final numbers into the office daily.

Company Description

Patrick McClain founded Patsco Windshield Repair in August, 1995. Patsco started out as a part time job that eventually turned into full time.
I never planned on getting into a business. My wife and I was just having fun, camping out on the beach near Galveston on July 4, 1995. After showering, we were walking back to the truck, our feet were covered with sand and I said out loud, they should make sandals to keep the stand off your feet. Within a week, I made the first prototype sandals, then filed for a patent which was granted.
Out of a need to finance the production of the sandals, I started a windshield repair business on weekends to generate extra money.
My job at the time refused to give me time off to show my sandals, so I quit and started repairing windshields full time. Within one year we had 4 locations and are now in several cities in Texas.
A few years ago I discovered a simpler way to fix windshields without drilling or using an injector. I invented The Patsco Patch, it’s easy to use and effective in repairing rock chips.

Describing the vision behind the emergence of Patsco, the founder Patrick McClain explains: “I had been searching for a simpler method to repair windshields for a few years when I came across one that did not need drilling or the use of an injector.
