Since 1995, Patsco Repair has been providing trusted auto glass repair services in Texas. We are now expanding in Waco, TX and seeking Auto Glass Repair Technicians to join our team. No prior experience is necessary — we provide complete training.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain the windshield repair process.
• Verify insurance coverage and complete repair documentation.
• Repair rock chips and cracks up to 24 inches.
• Submit daily numbers and communicate with the office as needed.
• Maintain a clean and professional job site.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Working cell phone.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Patrick McClain founded Patsco Windshield Repair in August, 1995. Patsco started out as a part time job that eventually turned into full time.
I never planned on getting into a business. My wife and I was just having fun, camping out on the beach near Galveston on July 4, 1995. After showering, we were walking back to the truck, our feet were covered with sand and I said out loud, they should make sandals to keep the stand off your feet. Within a week, I made the first prototype sandals, then filed for a patent which was granted.
Out of a need to finance the production of the sandals, I started a windshield repair business on weekends to generate extra money.
My job at the time refused to give me time off to show my sandals, so I quit and started repairing windshields full time. Within one year we had 4 locations and are now in several cities in Texas.
A few years ago I discovered a simpler way to fix windshields without drilling or using an injector. I invented The Patsco Patch, it’s easy to use and effective in repairing rock chips.
