Work Schedule:

Enjoy a balanced work-life with our four-day work week, operating Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you every Friday off.

YOUR DAY AS A REPAIR PLANNER - COLLISION ESTIMATOR

As a Repair Planner - Collision Estimator, you will meticulously craft detailed repair plans by disassembling vehicles and investigating OEM procedures. Your expertise will allow you to identify structural, mechanical, and safety damages, ensuring that your repair plans are comprehensive and precise. In collaboration with technicians and parts staff, you'll enhance operational accuracy and minimize delays, all while maintaining clear communication with insurance partners. Your dedication to high-quality repairs will help restore not just vehicles, but the confidence of families relying on them.


WHAT IT TAKES TO BECOME OUR REPAIR PLANNER - COLLISION ESTIMATOR

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong understanding of vehicle construction and repair processes
  • A willingness to complete ongoing training and certification programs
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Collision estimating or repair planning experience
  • Knowledge of modern vehicle technology, ADAS systems, and calibrations
  • Experience with CCC ONE or estimating software
