Job description

The Profile Group is seeking qualified applicants for the Maintenance Man position.  Applicants should have basic knowledge and abilities with carpentry, plumbing, electrical and the like.  Responsibilities include building maintenance, repair, upgrade and remodeling.  Wide range of responsibilities including lawn mowing, furnace cleaning, painting, and managing maintenance for multiple residential rental units.  Position is fast paced and diverse.  Great company to work for with an up beat positive atmosphere and full benefits including medical, dental, 401k, paid vacations and holidays.  Position also includes the use of a vehicle that lends well to the position including gas.  Our current maintenance man is retiring after well over 20 years.  We would like the new hire to spend a few months with him before he retires.
